1. Who We Are

Murasaki Stoner Sports Entertainment Group ("Murasaki Stoner," "we," "us," or "our") is a boxing event promotion company based in Louisville, Kentucky. These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and your purchase of tickets to our events.

2. Ticket Purchases

All tickets are sold through our website using Stripe as our payment processor. When you buy a ticket, you are purchasing a limited license to attend a specific seat or general admission area at a specific event, subject to these terms and the event organizer's rules.

Ticket prices, seating charts, and availability are subject to change without notice until the moment of purchase. Once a purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirmation containing your ticket and a QR code used for entry.

3. Entry & Check-In

Each ticket has a unique QR code that is scanned once at the door. A ticket can only be used for entry one time. You are responsible for protecting your ticket and QR code — do not post it publicly or share it with anyone you don't intend to give your seat to, since the first valid scan at the door is treated as the rightful ticket holder.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue for disruptive, dangerous, or unlawful conduct, without refund.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers

Our refund and transfer rules are set out in full on our Refund & Transfer Policy page, which is part of these Terms. In short: all sales are final except where an event is canceled outright by us, and tickets may be transferred to another person for free through the link in your confirmation email, subject to the restrictions described on that page.

5. Accessible Seating

We are working to identify and designate accessible seating locations at our event venues in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If you require accessible seating or another accommodation, please contact us at contact@MurasakiStonerSEG.com before purchasing so we can assist you directly.

6. Account-Free Ticketing

This site does not require you to create a password-based account. Instead, each ticket and transfer is authenticated through a secure link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to the email account you used to purchase or receive a ticket, since that inbox is how tickets, transfers, and refund notices are delivered.

7. Event Changes

Fight cards, undercards, start times, and venues are subject to change. A change in fighters, bout order, or start time does not, by itself, entitle a ticket holder to a refund or transfer window outside the standard policy, unless the event itself is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled as described in our Refund & Transfer Policy.

8. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to duplicate, screenshot-forward, or resell a QR code ticket to more than one person.
• Using automated tools (bots) to purchase tickets.
• Reselling tickets above face value where prohibited by Kentucky law.
• Interfering with the operation of this website or its checkout, transfer, or check-in systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murasaki Stoner Sports Entertainment Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your attendance at an event or use of this website, including travel, lodging, or other costs incurred in connection with an event that is postponed, rescheduled, or canceled.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our ticketing systems and policies evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
